I came back from vacation and had water and dirt all over my kitchen floor. I don't know anything about plumbing and was very nervous about what could have happened. I was even more concerned that anyone coming into my house to fix the problem would make fun of that fact. When Cliff arrived he was so professional and so concerned about the damage that I forgot about my nervousness. After asking some questions, he was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed within no time. While fixing the problem, he noticed that my garbage disposal was loose...so he fixed it...free of charge. He is now my plumber, I wouldn't call anyone else.
