What is Bio-Clean?
Bio-Clean is a drain cleaning system (enzymes) and is a Plumbing Industry Exclusive! There is no product equal to it. It has been tested against over 60 products and Bio-Clean stands heads above the competition.

What is in Bio-Clean?
Bio-clean is a special combination of natural bacteria (Non-Pathogenic) that DIGESTS and LIQUIFIES (turns to water) only dead organic waste (e.g., grease, hair, paper, food particles, blood and cotton).
Bio-Clean will not digest or have any effect on inorganic materials such as plastic pipe. Bio-Clean does not have any effect on your pipes because bacteria doesn't produce heat, fumes or boiling like chemicals do.
Bio-Clean is safe for people, pets, plumbing systems and is totally environmentally safe.

How does Bio-Clean work?
Thirty minutes after the bacteria have been mixed in water, they become activated (come alive). For the following thirty minutes, they feed upon a special food base which is contained in the formula.
After the first hour, the bacteria will have doubled in number. The bacteria will then begin to digest the dead organic waste that is accumulated in the pipes and grease traps. The bacteria will defy gravity by embedding themselves into the waste. This will resemble a honeycomb or a piece of wood that has become infested with termites.
The bacteria will clean the whole pipe (top, sides and bottom) because they are embedded inside the waste and they will continue to multiply and travel through the waste until all the waste is gone. When all the organic wast is gone, the bacteria will then cannibalize each other. The last bacteria will then die because of lack of food.
The inspection cover to a 1000 gal. septic tank was opened on Aug. 29th, 1995. As you can see, there was a build-up of scum on the top of the tank. Using a spade, it was discovered that the "blanket" was hard and 10"-12" thick! The scum blanket was broken up and treated with Bio-Clean.
The tank was re-opened 25 days later. Most of the build-up is gone and you can now see a large percentage of water. Since some solids remained, the tank was again treated with Bio-Clean.
The photo below was taken after just one month. The solids have been devoured by Bio-Clean's powerful biological action.
The next photo was taken the same day as the picture above to show that the visible scum was merely soft, recent waste. The tank was gently stirred with a spade and the floating matter broke up easily, leaving nothing but water!
